The OFSC is looking for a new Facebook cover photo. We’ve seen many great pictures that riders have taken the last few years so we’re having a contest to find the most amazing pictures showing the best of trail riding in Ontario. The picture can be of just a trail or with riders on it. When submitting your picture(s), tell us where it was taken and feel free to share any comments you had about that ride.

Contest Rules:
- Each participant can submit up to 3 photographs that show the best of riding on OFSC prescribed trails
- To enter your picture into the contest, add it to the comment section of the contest post on the OFSC Facebook page before the deadline
- The picture that receives the most likes and complies with photo requirements below will be declared the winner
- In the event of a tie, the final decision will be made by random draw
- Photos should be JPG or PNG format
- Pictures of just trails:
- Recently groomed or well travelled trails
- Daytime shots from sunrise to sunset
- Pictures with snowmobiles on trails:
- Must show a valid 2024 Ontario Snowmobile Trail Permit where the front of the snowmobile is shown
- Multiple sleds (not just one) in single file and on the correct side of a trail unless at a lookout or gathering area
- Pictures can not show:
- Any alcoholic beverages or cannabis products
- Garbage or property damage
- Off-trail riding or blocking trails
- Any stunt riding
- Riders operating snowmobiles without helmets
Entries must be submitted (in the comments on the post) no later than Sunday, March 17, 2024.
All submissions (including those received after the deadline) may be included in future stories and marketing purposes on the OFSC’s website, newsletter and/or social media accounts. By submitting your photo(s), you agree to the OFSC using your picture(s) without any financial compensation.
The winner will be contacted through Facebook. If no response is received within one week, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner forfeits their rights to the prize.
The winner will be required to email the full-size picture to the OFSC before the prize is mailed.
